TESTIMONIALS

"During my pregnancy, taking Donna’s Prenatal Yoga classes was one of the best decisions that I made. She makes it so special and really gets you to connect with your body and soul and your baby’s soul. I believe my son is a very happy baby because of it." Niri V.

"Having Donna as my prenatal yoga teacher was a God send! She’s thoughtful with her practice and makes you feel comfortable. Her mantra, good energy, and aura bring the art of yoga full circle. Personally, she helped me feel a connection with my unborn baby. I was able to meditate again. I also felt more confident in the days leading up to my birth due to her knowledge on what positions and stretches were beneficial. I know that I owe it to Donna for having such an amazing birthing experience. Can’t wait to start my postpartum classes!" Jennifer J.
