I offer Private, Group or Corporate Yoga classes. I teach Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Family Yoga, Chair, Restorative, Gentle Yoga, Meditation and Reiki.

Private, Group or Corporate Class



Single or class packages for beginners or anyone needing an individualized class. I offer many Yoga style, Reiki energy and Meditation alternatives to fit your needs. 


Group or Corporate Yoga classes available bringing the convenience of lunch time or after work Yoga. Contact me to discuss the payment structure options to get your Private , Group, or Corporate wellness Yoga session started!

I specialize in private studio yoga classes in Dade and Broward County. These private sessions are specifically tailored for you, and we will focus our sessions in a framework that will ensure you get the most out of them.


I teach yoga with a focus on functional alignment and body-breath awareness to connect within. This means that every posture you will learn in class will be correct for you and safe for your body as well as integrating the breath. I will support you and challenge you, so that you are getting the most out of our work together.


The private yoga class session may include a variety of breathing techniques (pranayama), yoga postures (asanas) and various styles of meditation, sound healing and aromatherapy. The yoga flow is designed to improve your strength, flexibility and more. All of this is combined with relaxation tools that you can take away with you.


The Private classes are offered in a peaceful beautiful Yoga studio setting or VIRTUAL online via ZOOM. We can see each other and speak to each other. Please reach out to me to book your sessions.


I recommend a minimum of 3 Private classes to receive the most benefits. We can work together twice-weekly, weekly, or have the flexibility of working around your schedule. During our first session you will fill out a Confidential Client intake form and we will discuss. You will receive…
